Session 1: Dive into the details of hormonal changes and their effects, from blood pressure and insulin resistance to cholesterol and bone health. We’ll also tackle symptoms like weight gain, hot flushes, night sweats, sleep issues, mood swings, and forgetfulness. Our goal? To find practical ways to ease these symptoms.

Session 2: Discover how to meet your perimenopause and menopause nutrition needs. We’ll explore how to boost your energy, maintain a healthy weight, and embrace a positive relationship with food.

Session 3: Maximise your time and efforts with strategies for meal planning and dining out. We’ll decode food labels and modern day packaging and learn how to make smart choices without the guesswork.

Session 4: Tackle emotional eating head-on. We’ll uncover why we eat for reasons beyond hunger like stress, fatigue, or boredom and how to turn those patterns around. Learn to manage cravings, break free from the diet cycle, and enjoy food mindfully while tuning into your body’s hunger signals.

Our Peri + Menopause Groups offer a supportive space to connect with women who are navigating this life stage. With a maximum of 5 participants per group and a confidentiality agreement, you’ll find a welcoming and secure environment.
